Shipping Addresses

  • Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii
  • We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or Fedex.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • If you purchase an item that is in stock, your order will usually be shipped the next business day, but please understand that there may be instances where it may take longer. 
  • Our items are already in our U.S. warehouse and can generally be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
  • FREE - Domestic Shipping is Subject to 12-20 Working Day Shipping Time (include Order Process).
  • When force majeure is encountered, processing of orders will be delayed.
  • Please know that all estimated times are based on business days.

Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
  • Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
  • Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Note

  • You, as a customer, are responsible for providing Dimakai the Correct Mailing Address. Dimakai is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at Clihome, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Clihome is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number for further assistance.
  • Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
  • Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
